POSITION: Assistant Manager – Paint Shop

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4-5 Years Preferably Automotive Industry (OEM)

QUALIFICATION: BS in Chem/ Elect/ Automotive and Industrial Engineering

LOCATION: Head Office – Lahore

JOB DESCRIPTION

SAP end user activities in QM and MM modules.
Supporting the roles of new process addition, improvement and color introduction.
Implementing kaizens to support the KPIs of paint shop.
Diagnoses, remedy and monitoring of quality defects both internal and external communicated through QIRs.
Budget controlling by responsible consumption and movement of Direct and Indirect Consumables (DCs/ IDCs) and generated scrap.
OPEX Budget Development and Monitoring.

Serve as technical expert of assigned area during new vehicle and/or tooling launches.
Conducting feasibility studies and detailed confirmations of new manufacturing processes.
Coordinate and lead project activities, including design, supplier selection, and implementation phases.
Resolve safety, process and quality issues on new model launches.
Continually review technical developments in area of responsibility and propose new technology projects as appropriate.
