POSITION: Assistant Manager – Paint Shop
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 4-5 Years Preferably Automotive Industry (OEM)
QUALIFICATION: BS in Chem/ Elect/ Automotive and Industrial Engineering
LOCATION: Head Office – Lahore
JOB DESCRIPTION
- SAP end user activities in QM and MM modules.
- Supporting the roles of new process addition, improvement and color introduction.
- Implementing kaizens to support the KPIs of paint shop.
- Diagnoses, remedy and monitoring of quality defects both internal and external communicated through QIRs.
- Budget controlling by responsible consumption and movement of Direct and Indirect Consumables (DCs/ IDCs) and generated scrap.
- OPEX Budget Development and Monitoring.
SKILLS
- Knowledge of Automotive Paint Shop, SAP, Leadership, People Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Serve as technical expert of assigned area during new vehicle and/or tooling launches.
- Conducting feasibility studies and detailed confirmations of new manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate and lead project activities, including design, supplier selection, and implementation phases.
- Resolve safety, process and quality issues on new model launches.
- Continually review technical developments in area of responsibility and propose new technology projects as appropriate.
SKILLS
- Knowledge of Automotive Weld Shop, Processes, Maintenance, Laser Welding, SAP, Leadership
