K-Solar Pvt Ltd is looking for Lead Finance Reporting & Treasury (Manager Level) in its Finance Department (Position based in Karachi). The ideal candidate must be CA/ACCA qualification with at-least 5-6 years of relevant experience in Treasury & Reporting

Responsibilities:

Review financial statements and report to BOD on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Manage the company’s tax compliance and reporting, including tax planning and strategy
Monitor and manage the company’s cash position and cash flow forecasting
Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting and tax regulations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accuracy of financial information and reporting
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management
Lead and manage a team of finance professionals
