Position:

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Finance/MBA Finance or a similar role
- 2+ years of experience in treasury processes, banking operations & financial documentation
- Strong understanding of payment processes, banking operations & financial documentation
- Proficiency in SAP or similar financial management software
- Excellence in detail-oriented work and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Process payments to suppliers using RTGS/Online IBFT and other modes of payments.
- Strategically manage funds to optimize savings on finance costs by parking them in savings accounts or settling running finance.
- Prepare financing-related documents for banks and maintain documentation for insurance and letter of credit registers.
- Coordinate with banks for the establishment of LC/Bank contracts and manage the opening and closing of bank accounts.
- Maintain availability and manage online portals of all banks for seamless transactions.
- Ensure accurate posting of entries in SAP related to payments, financing costs, and other financial transactions, reconciling them on a daily basis.
- Reconcile bank statements, ensuring accuracy in financial records and document treasury and insurance-related data meticulously.
