We are looking for a Section Officer – Goods Receiving to join our team.
Location: Sialkot
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or relevant field
2-4 years of experience in similar field.
Responsibilities:
1.Maintains a proper and accurate check on the deliveries of goods to ensure that the orders and supplies match to the merchandise that are being received.
- Approves /rejects deliveries based on Goods receiving standards; for new initial deliveries/new supplies informs concerned Buyers.
- Confirms all difference advice and Goods return notes.
- Plans space requirement for incoming goods to ensure smooth transfers of goods from the Dock are to selling floor.
- Coordinates with Suppliers, Buyers, assistant buyers and the selling floor for receiving articles.
- Coordinates with HO invoice Control Division for delivery discrepancies.
