We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations, expand our EPC partner network, and drive industrial solar project sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening our market presence.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
- Lead and manage regional sales operations and sales teams
- Develop and strengthen the EPC partner network
- Identify and secure industrial solar project opportunities
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
- Achieve regional sales targets and business objectives
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial projects
- Participate in tenders and bidding processes
- Support clients with ROI calculations and payback analysis
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Energy Management
- 3–5 years of sales experience in the Solar EPC or C&I segment (mandatory)
- Proven experience leading regional sales or project-based sales teams
- Strong understanding of EPC business models and project life cycles
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, data reporting, and Microsoft Office
