Job Description:
- Receive and professionally attend inbound customer calls.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, warranties, promotions, and ongoing offers.
- Assist customers in placing online orders and provide order confirmation.
- Track customer orders and communicate shipment updates.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department when required.
- Record complete and accurate customer information in the CRM system.
- Educate customers about Sveston Watches’ products.
- Achieve daily and monthly call quality and customer satisfaction targets, based on assigned KPI’s.
- Follow company SOPs, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Stay updated regarding new product launches, promotions, and company policies.
Candidate Must Have:
- Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0-1 year of experience, in a Call Center or Customer Service.
- Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills, are also encouraged to apply.
