Position Title: ARM-RM, Islamabad Branch – Islamabad/ Karachi
Job Purpose:
The prime purpose of this role is to manage and nurture client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying business opportunities to expand the Bank’s client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, including both credit and non-credit customers.
- Identify and acquire new corporate customers through marketing, networking, and business development activities.
- Conduct financial analysis, credit assessments and risk evaluations; prepare credit proposals and recommendations for approval.
- Monitor customer performance and credit exposure, ensuring timely identification and mitigation of potential risks.
- Maintain a sound understanding of foreign exchange regulations and guidelines issued by the State Bank of Pakistan, and support clients on related banking transactions.
- Ensure full compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions, and other regulatory requirements while coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective banking solutions.
Qualification and Skills Required:
Incumbent should have:
- Bachelors/Masters in Business Administration
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong cultural sensitivity and ability to build rapport with Chinese clients
- Applicants who can communicate fluently in Chinese will be given priority
