Qualifications: Bachelors in Computer Science
Requirements:
• 1 SAP lifecycle OR SAP support desk experience.
• Good communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups.
• Ability to perform various tasks, act individually, and think creatively.
• Familiarity with ERP/SAP is highly desirable.
• Ability to quickly understand the ITSM workflow and ticket management system.
• Willingness to learn and develop ERP skills.
• Knowledge of Master Data Management activities, Assisting Master Data Office in data.
Responsibilities:
• Governance for creation of material master, customers master, vendor master, data cleansing and L1 problem investigation.
• Organize and participate in meetings.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes.
