𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Develop and expand distributor, dealer, and reseller network in the assigned region
- Proactively identify, engage, and onboard new channel partners
- Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with existing channel partners through regular visits
- Support partners with inventory planning, policy clarification, and after-sales coordination
- Achieve assigned individual channel sales targets through effective execution and promotions
- Assist partners in terminal promotions and product activations
- Track sales performance and adjust strategies to ensure target achievement
- Collect real-time market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback
- Submit timely sales reports, market feedback, and work summaries
- Ensure adherence to company channel policies, pricing discipline, and compliance
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for training and brand promotion activities
- Support cross-departmental coordination to ensure smooth channel operations
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Associate’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in solar energy channel sales (preferred)
- Familiarity with local markets in Sahiwal and nearby cities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and solve on-ground business challenges
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

- Existing distributor or dealer network in the solar or energy sector
- Proven experience in developing new channels and achieving sales targets

We are looking for detail-oriented Quality Inspectors to ensure installation excellence and compliance with company standards across solar projects. This role offers hands-on field exposure and structured learning for fresh graduates.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
𝗦𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Visit project sites after solar inverter installation
• Verify installation quality against company standards and safety protocols
• Check alignment, wiring, labeling, and overall workmanship
𝗗𝗼𝗰𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴
• Prepare inspection reports highlighting compliance, deviations, and corrective actions
• Maintain records of inspections for audit and line Manager handover
𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of completed installations
• Ensure proper angles, clarity, and coverage for technical and marketing purposes
• Organize and archive visual data systematically
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field
• Basic understanding of solar systems / electrical installations
• Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel for site inspections
• Good communication and coordination skills
