Responsibilities:
• Implement Company’s talent acquisition strategy
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Represent company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
• Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
• Handling Employee Onboarding & Orientation Process to familiarize them with the Organization
• Develop & Maintain departmental Organograms
Requirements:
• 3 to 4 years’ experience in HR (Especially in Core Recruitment)
• Bachelors / Masters in HR
Skills:
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Innovation approach
• Problem Solving Skills
• MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
