Imtiaz is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical “Assistant Manager – Costing” to become a key part of our Finance team. The successful candidate will possess practical experience in costing and budgeting, along with strong expertise in SAP.
📍 Location: Head Office, Karachi.
🎓 Qualification:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
💼 Experience:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in costing and budgeting.
- Mandatory experience with SAP.
- Proficient in MS Excel and financial modeling.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze costing reports, including standard and actual cost comparisons.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes related to inventory and cost of goods sold.
- Monitor and analyze variances between actual and standard costs.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing related to inventory and costing.
- Work closely with operations and supply chain teams to validate BOMs, routings, and cost drivers.
- Maintain and update cost data in SAP.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve cost efficiency.
