JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports on achievements and areas of improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to sales teams to enhance their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
- Strong knowledge of the market, with existing relationships in the industry being a plus.
- Strong understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics in the FMCG sector.
- Food services experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
