Position: PRODUCT MANAGER Herbal Division
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans for specialty and primary care
- Analyze IQVIA/market data, competitor activity, and prescription trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
- Design and develop marketing materials (detail aids, leave-behinds, digital content, CMEs, campaigns) in collaboration with medical and creative teams
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with regulatory, ethical, and company guidelines
- Monitor brand performance KPIs and prepare regular performance reviews and management presentations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pharm-D / MBBS – MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
- 3–5 years of pharma product management experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical & creative mindset
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work with field teams and KOLs
