Greenstar Social Marketing Pvt Ltd Jobs Female Nurses/LHVs:Greenstar is looking for female Nurses/LHVs having knowledge of Gynea and obs for Senior Officer M&E (female) for Lahore/Islamabad/Rawalpindi / Nawabshah/Okara & Larkana regions to fulfill the following responsibilities; 1- To conduct regular site inspections and report findings using prescribed Internal Quality Audit Tools
2- To conduct observation of supervisory visits for an assessment of field efforts done by teams of HS, IPC and Sales
3- To conduct training evaluation
4- To conduct client validation Use tools to evaluate providers’ practices and undertake client exit interviews, report findings, and keep records at the regional office
5- To coordinate efforts for the providers of Greenstar network to bridge the gap between practice and standards
6- To collect and disseminate the work and improvement plans submitted by regional teams of HS, IPC and Sales on monthly basis.
