Job Position: Accountant
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.COM) or an equivalent degree in accounting/finance.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (preferably in a field environment).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems).
• Good understanding of taxation laws and compliance requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Having Livestock Farm account and Finance experience is a plus.
• Experience working in SPU or any IVF Lab accounts is preferable.
• Experience in managing ledgers of sale and purchase.
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
• Maintain records of expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary controls.
• Assist in preparing budgets and financial reports for management review.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Collaborate with field staff to ensure financial processes are followed correctly.
• Provide financial support and guidance to operational teams.
• Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions and compliance records.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
