Job Title: IT Assistant
Experience: Candidate should have 1-3 years of hands on experience of computer networking, databases & systems.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Performs diagnostics of network issues, provides support for service desk staff.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, printers, copier, networking, and software issues.
- Installing new hardware, software, and networking systems.
- Server migrations (SQL Server migration, image file migrations)
- Updates and maintains network documentation, assigns IP addresses, saves device configurations.
- Assists with the administration and maintenance of IP-based telephony systems, setting up extensions, supporting user requests.
- Day to day operational tasks such as proactive maintenance, management, monitoring performance, incident and problem management, security, and backup and recovery across the network infrastructure.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting CCTV.
- Documentation and maintain IT records.
Education: Diploma in Computing or IT or equivalent
Skills: Strong Knowledge of Windows and MAC OS, firewalls, CISCO TP Link, PBX exchange, Office 365, SAP
Location: Head Office , Lahore
Payroll: 3P
