“Extnd.” A Promising Fintech BNPL (Buy Now & Pay Later) startup is looking for “DIRECTOR SALES” (www.extnd.pk/careers):
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Sales teams’ operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement sales strategies.
Responsibilities
-Develop and implement sales strategies
-Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team
-Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability
-Meet and exceed new-business revenue goals
-Manage a team of sales and inside sales team members (Approximately 15 people)
-Conduct business research on prospects / opportunities/ segments and create and execute a comprehensive acquisition strategy to bring in new clients
-Become familiar with the company’s tech platforms, Managed Services and offerings and how they create value
-Perform product demonstrations and presentations
Represent company at relevant industry events and conferences
-Provide regular and accurate reporting back to CEO and management
-Candidate will understand, monitor, and communicate competitor activity throughout the market, identifying key strengths and weaknesses
-Candidate will provide feedback to Corporate Marketing team on product positioning, marketing materials, and industry trends
Qualifications
-Masters/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
3+ years’ of sales leadership experience with 7+ years’ of experience in sales
-Strong leadership skills
-Financial services background and alternatives industry experience would be an advantage
-Willingness to travel regularly
-Excellent presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
-Extensive consultative sales experience
-Proven leadership skills and individual and team sales success track record
-Ability to gain access and interact with C-level executives
-Working experience with Startups , Fintech and Banking/ Lending would be an added advantage
