FDO is an administrative support position, to receive or greet visitors, answer/dial telephone calls.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receiving and sorting daily emails.
- Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable by putting all material in place.
- Providing basic information to walk-in persons and via email/phone. Answering and forwarding incoming calls.
- Responding to staff inquiries, receiving visitors, greeting and announcing them appropriately.
- Auditing the courier company bill every month by reconciling the same with our dispatch register.
- Maintaining track records and sending it back to the concerned department.
- Preparing daily system generated attendance report by ZKTeco.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A graduate with at least 1-2 years of work experience.
- Someone who is good at multitasking.
- Someone with good interpersonal and strong communication skills.

- Payment Processing: Manage payments and coordinate closely with the Finance team to maintain customer ledgers.
- Problem Solving: Address customer queries effectively, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and communication.
- Coordination: Maintain continuous communication with customers and the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Flexibility: Adapt to changing business needs and support various tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience: Previous experience with SAP and basic software knowledge.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; excellent communication skills.
- Accounts Knowledge: Experience in accounts and finance is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various technologies and software.
