QC Engineer
Location: Lahore Head Office
Academic Background: MSc./BSc./BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 3-5 years quality control related experienc
Strong command on MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Job responsibilities include:
- To conduct incoming and in process inspections in market
- To review the QIP and conduct the inspections accordingly
- To ensure the calibration of measuring tools
- To ensure the material traceability
- To ensure implementation of WPS
- To conduct the WQTs
- To ensure the welder continuity list
- To arrange the NDT
- To prepare record of the quality dossier in soft form
- To prepare calibration record
- To review MTRs
- To arrange material testing from G labs

Strong command on MS Office Suite

Job responsibilities include:
- Preparation and implementation of QA QC manual
- Preparation and implementation of SOPs
- Preparation and implementation of controlled formats
- Carrying out periodic audits for QA compliance
- Preparation of PWHT request
- Preparation of QIP/ITP as per drawing and/or tender documents
- Preparation of MDR
- Review of quality dossier
- Keep liasion with calibration subcontractors
- Preparation of NCR record
- Record keeping of QA/QC manual issuance and Revision
