WE ARE HIRING MANAGER PRODUCTION – HOME TEXTILE
Location: North Karachi Industrial Area.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Production Manager responsible for planning, managing, and supervising the entire production process to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and high-quality output in a stitching unit for home textiles. This role involves overseeing staff, optimizing resources, and maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to meet targets.
- Ensure proper resource allocation (machines, materials, and manpower).
- Supervise stitching staff, machine operators, and helpers.
- Monitor employee performance and provide training as needed.
- Ensure products meet customer and company quality standards.
- Lead and supervise production teams to achieve efficiency and quality standards.
- Identify and resolve production issues to improve efficiency.
- Implement best practices to reduce wastage and downtime.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Ensure continuous training and motivation of the workforce to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in textile production management, preferably in home textiles.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
