JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead multi-location security operations across factories, corporate office, distribution centers and retail outlets, ensuring personnel, systems, and processes function effectively.
- Develop and implement security policies, systems, and strategies aligned with business needs.
- Manage and mentor a diverse security team, ensuring effective performance and accountability.
- Conduct risk assessments, manage incidents, and oversee investigations and corrective actions.
- Ensure optimal functionality of security technologies, including CCTV and access control systems.
- Develop and test emergency response plans to ensure crisis readiness and business continuity.
- Build relationships with law enforcement, emergency responders, and security vendors.
- Oversee asset protection, including inventory security and logistics, to mitigate risks of theft or loss.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Provide detailed security reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making by senior leadership.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 10-15 years of corporate experience in security management.
- Strong Leadership and Problem Solving Skills.
- Masters Degree or a related field.
