𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗘-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical E-commerce Accountant to manage financial transactions related to online sales channels at Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge along with hands-on experience in handling e-commerce platforms and reconciliations.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in e-commerce or retail industry
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Manage and reconcile e-commerce transactions across platforms (website, marketplaces, payment gateways)
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sales reconciliations
- Record and verify online sales, refunds, discounts, and commissions
- Reconcile payment gateway settlements with bank statements
- Coordinate with operations and e-commerce teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
