We Are Hiring! FRONT DESK OFFICER
Danpak Food Industries, manufacturer of confectionary based products, is looking for potential candidate for the post of Front Desk Officer
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Keep front desk clean, tidy and arrange all the necessary supplies.
- Good Communication skills.
- Ability to operate a computer.
- Answer the calls on time, and inform the concern immediately.
- Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
- Receive letters, packages and send them to relevant authorities.
- Candidate is expected to handle some administrative activities including receiving shipments, and filing and organizing documents.
- Possess a pleasant personality.
- Ability to remain patient and calm with multiple interruptions.
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Qualification: Graduate or at least Intermediate
- Experience: 1-2 year of prior Experience
- Location: S.I.T.E. Area Karachi.
