HR Executive – Learning & Organizational Development
REQUIRED:
- Design and implement employee engagement activities and events to ensure motivation and retention.
- Conduct regular surveys and feedback to measure employee engagement levels and identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop communication channels to keep employees informed and connected by arranging town halls etc.
- Craft content from the events reflecting the company’s vision regarding the culture and values.
- Execution of company’s performance management system, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and maintain performance evaluation tools and processes.
- Execute performance evaluation process through HRMS.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for development and training opportunities.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of working experience in a similar role, especially in retail fashion industry.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management (Masters will be preferred).
