Chase Value is looking for a hands-on 𝐀𝐈 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝 who can transform complex business processes into secure, scalable and measurable AI-powered solutions.
This is not a strategy-only role. You will work directly with business teams to identify opportunities, redesign processes and deliver production-ready AI solutions that improve productivity, quality, speed and operating costs.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation opportunities
- Map, simplify and redesign business processes before automation
- Build and deploy LLM applications, AI agents, RAG systems, document intelligence and intelligent automation solutions
- Integrate solutions with ERP systems, databases, APIs, Microsoft platforms, Shopify and other enterprise applications
- Establish AI evaluation, testing, monitoring, security and human-approval controls
- Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices covering deployment, observability, versioning, rollback and continuous improvement
- Train users, update SOPs and support organizational adoption
- Measure business impact and identify workforce optimization opportunities
Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Proven delivery of at least three production AI or automation systems with measurable business results
- Hands-on experience with Python and/or JavaScript, SQL, APIs, webhooks and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
- Practical experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, document processing, AI evaluation and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel or equivalent
- Strong understanding of process discovery, ROI modelling, security, testing, monitoring and stakeholder management
Experience in retail, e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, warehousing, finance, audit, ERP or legacy-system integration will be preferred.
