BORJAN Pvt Ltd is looking for “Social Media Executive”

Experience: 02 years or More
Qualification: Bachelors
Location: Lahore (Johar Town)

Requirements:

  1. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint,
  2. Expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
  3. Developing a social customer care strategy
  4. Handling social media apps (Fb, Instagram, WhatsApp etc. ) by appropriate responses.
  5. Documentation of customer queries
  6. Close coordination with e-com, warehouse & retail team for quick follow ups & resolution etc
  7. Excellent communication both written and verbal.
