BORJAN Pvt Ltd is looking for “Deputy Manager IR & Admin”
Experience: 8-10 years (Retired armed forces resource will be preferred)
Location: Lahore

Requirements:

1- Responsible to ensure that only productive and good attitude workers are hired.
2- Prevention of fire procedures are practiced and tested at regular intervals .
3- To manage the various government department including social security, civil defense, lesco etc.
4- To manage efficiently the material coming in and going out of the factory premises .
5- Ability to manage security aspect and administration aspects at three units.
6- Maintain work and demonstrate discipline and demand the same from subordinates.

Experience: 8-10 years (5 years in cutting and closing)
Qualification: Graduate
Location: Lahore

Requirements:

1- Managing workers and labor of the cutting and the closing lines.
2- Managing production and production efficiency of cutting and closing lines.
3- Minimizing the labor cost for cutting and closing
On time order management
4- Preventive maintenance of machinery
5- Must have good knowledge of sitting up closing line sequence
6- Knowledge of synthetic leathers and real leather cutting and stitching.
7- Must have a good working knowledge of standard production minutes.
8- Excellent man management ability.
