Bachaa Party Jobs Head of Purchaser & Merchandising:

Bachaa Party is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of Head of Purchaser & Merchandising in non food category.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies for the hardline category, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Forecast sales to get production in time.
Lead Suppliers relations, Negotiation, Cost cutting, Quality Assurance, Production, Planning & SCM
Develop, lead and execute purchasing and planning strategies.
Work with our financial analyst to review and complete our annual budget and update our monthly estimates as necessary.
Implementing accurate forecast with day-to-day Sales Analysis.
Take steps to make sure our inventory always remains well-stocked in order that we can successfully fulfill customer orders and maximize our investments.
Draft weekly and monthly reports related to the overall cost of the merchandise and the most current market conditions.
Involve budget preparation in all processes.

Requirements:

8 – 10 years of proven experience in procurement and strategic sourcing, with a focus on the hardline category (toys, infant accessories, stationery, jewellery, and party supplies)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Strong knowledge of hardline products, market dynamics, and supplier landscape.
