Senior Manager – IT Infrastructure & Networks
Develop and align IT strategies with business goals, oversee infrastructure and cybersecurity, lead IT projects, and drive digital transformation. Manage budgets, optimize costs, mentor teams, and ensure compliance while fostering innovation and operational efficiency.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred), relevant certifications are a plus.
Experience: 10+ years in IT, including +5 in senior leadership within manufacturing or similar industries.
Skills: Network Design and Management, Data Center Management, Cloud Infrastructure and Virtualization. IT Security and Compliance, Unified Communications and Collaboration Systems, Server Management, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity, Infrastructure Monitoring, IT Service Management, Vendor and Contract Management.
