We are looking for a “Marketing Analyst.”
Responsibilities:
· Develop marketing strategies for Alkaram Studio’s retail and ecommerce business, with a focus on maximizing growth opportunities.
· Take a data driven approach for a targeted customer strategy, understanding the market opportunity within the fashion industry across different customer segments.
· Drive customer acquisition, leveraging data-driven insights and analytics to optimize marketing campaigns, website performance, and in-store experience.
· Monitor the marketing campaign against set benchmarks/ KPIs and devise monthly and bi-weekly tracking SOPs
· Develop attribution models for marketing investments to maximize return on advertising spend for top funnel media efforts.
· Should have good management insight on CRM to manage e2e data pipeline, cohort management, content push and conversion tracking.
· Should be well-versed in growth possibilities and overall management of an app-ecosystem.
· Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and design, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and maximize growth potential.
· Provide regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, growth metrics, and actionable insights for online and offline channels.
Required Skills: Proficiency in languages: SQL, Excel, Power BI and Graphical data projection
Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing and marketing analytics in an app eco-system.
· Experience in running attribution models for marketing ROI.
· Background of brand management is a must.
· Education: BBA, BS, MS in Business Analytics

Required Skills:
· Proficiency in digital advertising artworks such as Meta, Google, TikTok, TV, and Out-of-Home (OOH) channels, with a strong emphasis on creative
· Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe After effect, Adobe Premiere, Figma, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe XD
Qualifications: Around 1 – 2 years of Experience along with a Bachelor’s
