𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗿 (𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀)
We are looking for a Purchaser (General Items) to join our dynamic team at Head Office, Karachi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring general items and supplies to support smooth business operations across our retail textile setup.
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲:- 2–4 years of proven experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in the retail or textile industry.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Source and procure general items, office supplies, fixtures, equipment, and consumables as per company requirements.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers/vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and quality standards.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Admin, Retail Operations, Warehouse) to ensure timely availability of items.
- Monitor stock levels and track deliveries to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in cost-saving initiatives through effective sourcing strategies.
