Al Meezan Group Jobs Assistant Manager:Required: Assistant Manager – Secretarial Work
The ideal candidate shall assist Company Secretary in Board secretarial related matters. Experience of the dealing with regulatory bodies and stakeholder, knowledge of statutory requirements, forms, BOD/AGM/EOGM notices /minutes, and familiarization with SECP rules/regulations, Act / Ordinance is prerequisite.
Should be Graduate preferably part qualified CA / ACCA/ ACMA with at least 2 years’ experience preferably in AMC or Financial sector. Must have good written communication skills & interpersonal skills.
