Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Maintain an organized and efficient system for documentation and record-keeping.
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and issue customer invoices promptly.

Minimum Requirement

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or ACCA qualified, with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience of working in same role.

Skill Set:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software i.e QuickBooks online and Zoho.
Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
Strong knowledge and experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory
management.
Detail-oriented, collaborative, and communicative.
Experience in an e-commerce company is a plus.
