We are hiring for the position of Accountant

Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Maintain an organized and efficient system for documentation and record-keeping.
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and issue customer invoices promptly.

Minimum Requirement

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or ACCA qualified, with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience of working in same role.

Skill Set:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software i.e QuickBooks online and Zoho.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory
    management.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and communicative.
    Experience in an e-commerce company is a plus.

We are hiring for the position of “Assistant Event Sales Manager”

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients or businesses that may require event
services and spaces.

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
    understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
  2. Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed
    revenue targets. This may include setting sales goals, pricing structures, and promotional
    activities.
  3. Event Space Booking: Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients for booking event
    spaces, catering services, audio-visual equipment, and any other necessary services.
  4. Venue Tours: Conduct tours of the event venue to prospective clients, showcasing its
    features and capabilities.
  5. Event Planning Support: Collaborate with event planners and coordinators to ensure all
    client requirements are met, from initial planning to execution.
  6. Budget Management: Assist clients in creating and managing budgets for their events,
    helping them make cost-effective decisions.
  7. Contract Management: Draft and manage contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions
    are met by both parties.
  8. Marketing and Promotion: Work with marketing teams to promote the event venue and
    services through various channels, such as social media, online advertising, and industry
    events.
  9. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer
    preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  10. Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to continually improve services and
    maintain client satisfaction.
  11. Revenue Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and
    projections for management and stakeholders.
  12. Event Coordination: Oversee the coordination of events to ensure they meet client
    expectations and are executed smoothly.
  13. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after
    events, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  14. Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate
    leads.
    To succeed as an Event Sales Manager, one typically needs strong communication and negotiation
    skills, a good understanding of event planning and logistics, and the ability to work well under
    pressure. The role often requires a combination of sales acumen, event industry knowledge, and
    customer relationship management skills to drive revenue and create memorable event experiences
