We are hiring for the position of Accountant
Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping
Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Maintain an organized and efficient system for documentation and record-keeping.
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and issue customer invoices promptly.
Minimum Requirement
Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or ACCA qualified, with minimum 1 to 2 years of experience of working in same role.
Skill Set:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software i.e QuickBooks online and Zoho.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge and experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory
management. - Detail-oriented, collaborative, and communicative.
Experience in an e-commerce company is a plus.

events. - Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer
preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. - Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from clients to continually improve services and
maintain client satisfaction. - Revenue Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue, and
projections for management and stakeholders. - Event Coordination: Oversee the coordination of events to ensure they meet client
expectations and are executed smoothly. - Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients before, during, and after
events, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. - Networking: Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate
leads.
