Position Title: E-Commerce Manager

Location: Lahore Head Office
Job Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience
· 3 – 4+ years of E-Commerce experience, Retail experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of E-Commerce best practices and analytics. Shopify Plus experience preferred, other platform experiences (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
· Manage aspects of the user experience including updating site content, setting up and executing promotions, launching and activating products, and continuously optimising site merchandising
· Develop robust site and campaign briefs:
· Ensure accuracy of merchandising, product information, promotions and assets on the production site
· Utilize customer and site visitor analytics to make data-driven decisions and derive insightful UX enhancement hypothesis
· developing enhancements/UX roadmap with the E-Commerce team to improve customer experience
· Actively participate in development of A/B testing strategy to continuously optimize onsite user experience
