Sadaqat Limited is looking for an experienced leader to join our team as 𝗗𝗚𝗠 – 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 (Head Office | Home).
If you have 10–12 years of relevant experience in engineering, plant maintenance, and technical operations—along with strong expertise in utilities, machinery maintenance, cost optimization, and leadership—and hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline—we want to hear from you!

Required Qualification
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in Engineering / Maintenance Management will be preferred.
Experience
- 10–12 years experience in relevant field.
- Extensive experience in Engineering, Plant Maintenance & Technical Operations.
- Strong expertise in utilities, machinery maintenance, troubleshooting & efficiency.
- Proven leadership in preventive maintenance, projects, cost optimization & technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering operations to ensure equipment reliability, continuity, and optimal plant performance.
- Develop maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure effective management of plant machinery, utilities, infrastructure, and engineering resources.
- Oversee breakdowns, troubleshooting, installations, commissioning, and engineering projects.
- Monitor engineering KPIs, maintenance costs, energy consumption, and resource utilization to drive operational efficiency.
- Establish engineering standards, maintenance procedures, and technical controls in line with organizational objectives.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, statutory requirements, and engineering standards.
