We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Manager Store & Warehouse to support efficient store and warehouse operations, ensuring timely material availability, inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
The key areas of focus and expertise for an ideal candidate include:
- Manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, preservation, and issuance of materials.
- Ensure accurate and timely ERP/SAP transactions for receipts, issues, transfers, returns, and other inventory movements.
- Maintain physical and system inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock verification, and reconciliation.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances and ensure proper stock control.
- Ensure appropriate identification, labeling, location management, stacking, and safe handling of materials.
- Optimize warehouse space and minimize material damage, loss, and wastage.
- Supervise store staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, Finance, HR/Admin, Internal Audit, and other relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, safety standards, 5S, and housekeeping practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous operational improvement.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 02- 03 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Supply Chain Operations, preferably within the textile/apparel industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of ERP/SAP transactions and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of material handling, stock reconciliation, warehouse documentation, safety, and 5S practices.

- High attention to detail with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and operational control.
The position will be based at the site in Feroze Wattwan, Sheikhupura.
