We’re Hiring | Manager Cutting – Knitwear
Nizam Sons is looking for an experienced Manager Cutting – Knitwear to join our team in Lahore.
Requirements: • 8-10 years knitwear experience with 3-5 years in a leadership role. • Preferably Textile/Industrial Engineer. • Must be strong in cutting operations, fabric control/consumption.
Responsibilities: • Manage and supervise the complete cutting operations for knitwear. • Ensure accurate cutting as per approved markers, patterns and production plans. • Monitor fabric utilization, wastage and cutting efficiency. • Coordinate with PPC, Production, CAD/Marker and other relevant departments. • Ensure timely availability of cut panels according to production requirements. • Maintain quality standards and minimize cutting-related defects. • Lead and manage the cutting team effectively.
We are seeking a strong manufacturing professional with hands-on expertise in knitwear cutting operations, fabric utilization, consumption control, cutting efficiency, and team leadership.
