Job Summary: Operation Engineer Product Handling and Storage We are seeking a safety-focused, results-oriented, and collaborative professional to join our Product Handling and Storage team. The role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and compliant handling, bagging, storage, loading, and dispatch of fertilizer products (Urea, NP, and CAN), while meeting production plans, customer commitments, and quality requirements. Candidates having experience of Utilities, Ammonia and Urea may also apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe operations in compliance with HSE, PSM, contractor safety, and operating procedures.
- Supervise fertilizer handling, bagging, storage, loading, and dispatch activities to achieve operational targets.
- Ensure products are dispatched in line with approved quality specifications and customer requirements.
- Lead plant startup, shutdown, and troubleshooting activities.
- Manage contractor workforce and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
- Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Production, Maintenance, QA and QC, and Contractors to execute dispatch plans effectively.
- Support maintenance activities, operational excellence initiatives, training, and continuous improvement.

Position: Sales Coordination Officer

Job Summary: Fatima Group’s Specialty Chemical Business (SCB) markets and sells Anhydrous Ammonia, Nitric Acid, AN Crystal & LCO2 to industrial, agricultural, and export customers across Pakistan. The role owns the operational backbone of the sales cycle, sales MIS and performance reporting, order processing support, payment follow-up, and day-to-day coordination with the IOC Scheduling & Dispatch Desk, freeing the Sales Manager to focus on strategic account growth, pricing, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly sales reports in support of the Sales Manager, across all four product lines.
- Own and update the fortnightly Director performance review workbook, MTD & YTD volume and revenue vs. budget vs. LY, by product (Ammonia, Nitric Acid, AN Crystal &CO2) and by customer.
- Support IOC in processing confirmed customer orders, from order receipt through accurate entry into the Oracle/SAP system.
- Verify order details against contract and pricing terms prior to system entry.
- Follow up proactively with customers on outstanding and upcoming payments.
- Track receivables and payment ageing by customer and product.
- Escalate overdue accounts to the Sales Manager with supporting detail.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven account management experience in industrial segments such as explosives, refrigeration, manufacturing, or oil & gas.
- Experience with contract-based sales and ex-plant / delivery-based commercial models.
- Working knowledge of ORACLE/SAP order management systems.
- Pakistan market experience strongly preferred.

Job Summary: Fatima Group Corporate HSE & Technical Monitoring in Lahore Head Office is looking for an experienced professional for the Sr. Process Engineer position. The individual will report to Unit Manager Technical Monitoring. The role encompasses independent Technical Monitoring, Auditing, project development and KPIs based Reporting of Fatima Group Fertilizer Business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed performance evaluation of FG Ammonia Plants under Technical Monitoring Program (TMP) and development of KPIs based Monitoring reports as per company SOPs.
- Energy audits of Fertilizer Manufacturing Plants for independent assessment of Energy Management activities and compliance to applicable policies and processes.
- Development of technical study packages related to modifications, troubleshooting, energy optimization, capacity enhancement and efficiency improvement.
- Technical support to Fertilizer Manufacturing sites for turnaround activities (Catalyst replacement, chemical cleaning, Equipment inspections, etc.)
- To keep abreast with local and global technological trends, incidents, and improvements through various available knowledge platforms.
- Detailed analysis of downtime, Operational upsets and Process safety incidents.
- Development of Aspen simulation models to support technical monitoring activities.
- Potential to cross-train on various Process technologies and Plants within Fatima Group.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven experience of performance evaluation (TMP) data collection & report development, monitoring, auditing, and troubleshooting of Ammonia Technology.
- Advance knowledge Engineering Software/simulation tools including Aspen.
- Process monitoring, calculations, analytical and design skills for sizing and rating.
- PHA studies and implementation of OSHA practice for safe plant operations.
- Well versed with relevant Codes & Standards.
