BYD Pakistan, Mega Motor Co. is looking for a “Senior Executive Compliance & Audit” in their Dealer Development department.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline (MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage).
Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Dealer Compliance, Internal Audit, Retail Operations, Process Control, or Facility Compliance & Reporting, preferably within an automotive 3S dealer network, retail franchise, or similar multi-location business environment.
Location: Head Office, Karachi.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the implementation of dealer compliance and operational audit programs across the 3S network, ensuring strict adherence to franchise standards, SOPs, corporate policies, and brand requirements. The role involves conducting structured operational audits, identifying compliance and operational gaps, developing actionable recommendations, and systematically tracking the closure of audit findings and corrective action plans.
The individual will coordinate closely with Dealer Principals and cross-functional teams to resolve compliance bottlenecks, assist in dealer onboarding, and drive network standard implementation and continuous process improvement initiatives. Additionally, they will maintain dealer compliance scorecards, audit trackers, KPI dashboards, and audit databases, while supporting dealer operational readiness, certification, and annual compliance evaluation cycles.
Notably, the role includes assisting in developing and updating audit checklists, SOPs, and compliance tools, alongside preparing detailed audit reports, compliance summaries, management presentations, and dashboards to fulfill Executive Committee, Management, and BYD HQ reporting requirements.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills are essential, combined with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, solid planning and time management capabilities, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive continuous standard compliance and operational excellence across the dealer network.
