PAKISTAN MEN’S NATIONAL CRICKET TEAM
FIELDING COACH (Red & White Ball)
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) is seeking an experienced and skilled Fielding Coach to join the Pakistan Men’s National Cricket Team. The Fielding Coach will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the Fielding skills of Pakistan National Team Players.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, COMPETENCY AND EXPERIENCE
- Minimum Level II Cricket Coaching Accreditation.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in a similar cricketing role with elite cricketers/national/franchisee or international teams.
- Excellent understanding of Fielding techniques, game analysis, and player development.
- Proven experience in monitoring and evaluating systems and processes currently in vogue at international arena in developing modern Fielding techniques.
- Experience in successfully coaching athletes/cricketers to the required international standards.
- Strong planning, organizing and executing capabilities.
- Strong management skills.
- Proven ability to effectively work with a wide range of individuals from varied backgrounds.
- Strong analytical capabilities with problem solving skills.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite), Coaching Software would be considered as an added qualification.
