What your typical day will look like

- Integrate and manage BESS solutions for grid stability and energy optimization
- Conduct energy audits, monitoring, and facility assessments to identify efficiency improvements
- Lead electrical engineering teams while ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and industry standards
What you need to succeed at this role
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 5–8 years’ experience in power plant or heavy industrial electrical systems
- Proficiency in electrical design and energy modeling software
- Strong project management and leadership skills

What your typical day will look like

- Prepare energy audit reports, proposals, BOQs, and equipment specifications, and support project execution
What you need to succeed at this role
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 2-4 years’ experience in power plant or heavy industrial electrical systems
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with solar simulation software such as PVsyst or HelioScope
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
