CAREER OPPORTUNITY: MCB Exchange is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager North to lead business growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive performance across branches and booths in the assigned territory.
AREA MANAGER NORTH
Foreign Currency Exchange Business
Location: Islamabad
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and business partners.
- Promote and maintain high standards of customer service across all branches and booths.
- Lead, coach, and motivate branch teams to achieve business objectives and agreed KPIs.
- Evaluate branch-wise business performance, identify performance gaps, and recommend appropriate improvement initiatives.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure full compliance with SBP rules, regulations, and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field. Advanced qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, within currency exchange, banking, or financial service industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated ability in business development, performance monitoring, team coaching, and achieving business targets.
- Sound knowledge of currency exchange procedures, cash handling practices, and basic financial controls will be highly advantageous.
