MCB Islamic Bank is inviting applications for the position of “Senior Officer – Data Center Monitoring”.
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Senior Officer – Data Center Monitoring
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Lahore
𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 Minimum Bachelor’s degree in IT or an equivalent discipline
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 & 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ 2-3 years of relevant Experience
➡️ Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
➡️ Able to quickly learn and use new tools and technologies
➡️ Works well under pressure
➡️ Provides technical support and handles troubleshooting (L1 & L2)
𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 & 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
➡️ Monitor systems continuously and inform stakeholders in advance
➡️ Maintain records, SOPs, and SLAs properly
➡️ Skilled in monitoring tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, SolarWinds and VMware Aria
➡️ Respond quickly to alerts to minimize downtime
➡️ Handle documentation and reporting effectively
