Reporting to: Group Manager – Communications and Head of Marketing
Key Accountabilities
- Strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Campaign Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, email, events, print, social).
- Content: Oversee content creation including messaging, collateral, web copy, and email campaigns.
- Analytics: Analyze marketing initiatives’ performance; measure ROI and optimize for results.
- Budgeting: Build and manage the marketing budget.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver projects on time.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Behaviors
- Experience: 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services or insurance.
- Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing and branding.
- Core Skills: Excellent communication and project management skills.
