Ghulam Faruque Group (GFG) is a progressive industrial group and has interest in Sugar, Paper & Board, Distillery, Cement, Packaging, Power, Engineering and Trading Sectors. We are looking for qualified and talented individual for the following position for our Sugar Division, based in Mirpurkhas, Sindh.
Position: Assistant Engineer Mechanical / Shift Engineer
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Manage and oversee shift operations during the crushing season.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of mechanical equipment.
- Manage and maintain SAP operations for mechanical maintenance and inventory management.
- Compile and manage the mechanical budget.
- Assist sectional heads with cost estimation and BOQ preparation for mechanical jobs.
- Manage and oversee corrective and preventive maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely and efficient execution of maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and Experience: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent, with minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the Sugar Industry. Local candidates will be preferred.
