🔑 Role Overview
As an Executive – Supply Chain Planning, you will play a critical role in aligning production, procurement, and sales plans to ensure efficient operations. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, developing production schedules, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✔ Production Planning & Coordination
Develop detailed production plans aligned with customer demand and manufacturing capacity
Create short-term and long-term production schedules based on forecasts and order requirements
Coordinate closely with production, procurement, sales, and logistics teams for seamless operations
✔ Inventory & Material Management
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to avoid shortages or excess stock
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of materials
✔ Execution & Monitoring
Track production progress and ensure adherence to schedules
Adjust plans proactively to address delays, material shortages, or changing priorities
Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure production meets required standards
✔ Problem Solving
Address production-related challenges such as equipment breakdowns or supply disruptions
Ensure minimal impact on production timelines through effective planning adjustments
📊 Periodical Responsibilities
Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement areas
Prepare and present reports on production performance and deviations
Monitor monthly sales compliance and production compliance
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
