- Ensure uniforms meet company specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate sampling, approvals, and bulk production follow-ups.
- Resolve quality issues with suppliers.
- Analyse procurement costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Compare vendor quotations and optimise sourcing strategies.
- Monitor market trends in textiles and manufacturing.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Prepare supply chain performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.
