- Supervise overall administration and office operations
- Manage company assets, utilities, and maintenance of facilities
- Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordinations.
- Develop and implement administrative SOP’s
- Monitor budgets and control administrative expenses
- Manage EOBI & Social Security of office staff
- Support management in operational planning and execution
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- 7 to 8 years of experience in administration, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Leadership and team management
- Communication and coordination
- Problem-solving and decision-making

- Manage transport, pool cars, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for admin services
- Maintain office supplies, assets, and inventory records
- Provide admin support to HR, Finance, and Operations.
- Arrange meetings, visits, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree (BBA/BA or relevant)
- 2–3 years experience (preferably manufacturing)
