We’re Hiring for Ghani Metal & Rubber Industries Pvt Ltd SALES COORDINATOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the timely processing of orders and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate sales records and generate reports as needed.
- Handle queries and provide support related to products and order status.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Work closely with the accounts department to ensure seamless sales and payment processing.
- Manage and update customer databases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration, Commerce, or Marketing.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
